How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?

That depends a little on where you are located and how close that is to a distribution center.  The average order arrives at its destination within 3-7 business days.

What warranties do you offer?

All warranties are serviced by the manufacturer of the product, and are not serviced by Plan Nine. 

Why is Plan Nine so awesome?

Sometimes we ask ourselves the same question. It probably has a lot to do with our roots in the industry and the fact that we are family owned. It could also just be luck, who really knows?

Our commitment to your security is a top priority at Plan Nine.  We employ the industry standard SSL encryption that is present in nearly all major internet storefronts.
